So the house is still a work in progress but the risers are DONE!!!!! Kevin finished them and I was SO excited to get them into place that we didn't even have time to call another manly man to put the washer and dryer on top. That's RIGHT! We did it ourselves = D. I found some fabric that I really loved, framed and hung it in there and am now looking for the perfect rug. It drives me CrAzY to hear the baskets scratching against whatever grain of sand or lint fragment that might have been lurking on the floor. Oooooooh I just got chills THINKING about the sound! Bedroom progress coming soon =).

I love that idea of putting the washer and dryer on risers so you have room for the laundry baskets underneath. Brilliant! I have never seen that anywhere before. It looks great!
